After leaving the computer-industry publishing world to start a family, Kristin spent several years volunteering with a variety of non-profits, including serving on the board of directors for a brain cancer research fund. There she honed her new media skills by implementing the organization’s first email marketing program and utilizing social media to successfully raise money and auction donations. In 2010 Kristin co-founded Caffeinated Communications Studio, a boutique online marketing agency that specializes in helping business shine online with web design, social media, email and text message marketing. With her passion for philanthropy, Kristin is especially proud of the CaffeCares Program, which provides free CaffeMail service for a year to one local charity.
